About the Foundation
 

The Neurone Foundation is a non-profit organization that develops and maintains mechanisms aimed at supporting the progression, accessibility and notoriety of neurofeedback..

It does so by disseminating information and when possible financially help those whose means prevent them to have access to NeuroFeedback training.

The Neurone Foundation seeks to increase cognitive performance in persons impacted by Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) with or without hyperactivity, and those affected by other conditions. For all of these, neurofeedback can have a very positive effect, including performance enhancement for athletes or professionals.

The Neurone Foundation encourages the development of this technique and broadcasts the available information originating from the scientific community and the media.

The Foundation  also aims to act as a referral center and portal, connecting scientists, practitioners, and users. Through its blog, it alos allows users to share and contribute their experience.

With its international network, the Foundation communicates to its members, the media, educators and purveyors of funds, both in the public and private (insurance) sector, research findings, and the status of current neurofeedback related activities worldwide. This is achieved with a email service and a page of hyperlinks.
